When it comes to cost, direct selling is a winner. For a price of $100-$500, you can start your own direct selling business. You have an option to put your products in your own store, or simply sell it to your family, friends, workmates and acquaintances through order basis. That’s how simple it is. You get a percentage off the retail price and that’s how you earn. Most direct selling products are consumables or personal care products. With the right company and products, you can get repeat orders every time your customers run out of products. You can arrange with existing store owners as well if they are interested in carrying your products. This can be done via consignment basis. Otherwise, if you refer them to be dealers like you, you are entitled to a commission from their total sales.

If you intend to put up your own direct selling store, then you need to look for a space and pay for rent and utilities. This will cost you more than $500. A larger amount of inventory is needed. You might need $3000-$5000 for this. This is when you’ll need a small business loan to cover for start up costs. The good thing about direct selling companies is that you can be a member of different ones and carry different products in your store. This way, your clients have a variety of choices upon checking out the products in your store. When your business is in trouble you could try a bad credit loan. A bad credit loan is a loan for people with bad credit.
